2006 January board meeting was held in Kandy , Sri Lanka adjoining the launching Ceremony of the secretariat. Prof. Robyn Norton(Board Chair), Dr.Adnan Hyder(Board Vice Chair) ,Prof.Wilson Odero, Dr.Abdul Ghaffar and Dr.Samath D. Dharmaratne (new Secretary) attended the meeting.
